From new installations and configurations, through to training your new and existing staff on how to effectively and efficiently use these software packages, the Nicky Jardine team is your first choice for software training.
We also specialise in medical reception training to ensure that your reception staff are skilled, efficient and a true asset to your team. We provide both accredited and non-accredited training to suit the needs of your practice.
Nicky Jardine Health Industry Training and Consulting (NJHTC) has one of the leading medical receptionist training courses in Australia. Why? Our trainers work in the medical industry and operate and / or manage medical practices.
The medical receptionist course should not be taken lightly.
There are constant changes to Medicare Australia and other governing departments in the health industry. Your trainer needs to be working in the industry to be able to teach this course efficiently.
You also need to establish which part of the industry you wish to work in i.e. General Practice, Specialist (Plastic Surgeon, ENT, Orthopaedic), hospital or allied health. Our trainers can guide you in this decision taking into consideration your skills, typing speed, personality and past administration jobs.
There are two courses available, an accredited and a non-accredited course.
This course is a fully accredited certificate. Nicky Jardine has a strategic partnership with Sutherland Training and acts as their primary trainer for this certificate. For further information, please contact Andrea at Sutherland Training. This course may be done face to face or online throughout Australia.
For both courses, all information is up to date and online. There is no printed documentation because information given in the medical reception course can change from one week to another. However, if you are a student who prefers to read from a book, we can forward you details on the books to purchase off the internet.
NJHTC have years of combined experience and often asked to present workshops and presentations health industry organisations throughout Australia.
